Victor Braunig Lake is a reservoir located on Calaveras Creek and Chupaderas Creek south of San Antonio, Texas.

The reservoir was formerly known as East Lake. In 1962 the construction of the dam began. It provides a cooling pond for the power plant to supply additional electrical power to the city of San Antonio. Braunig Lake also serves as a venue for recreation including fishing, boating and boat ramps, camping, picnic areas, and good shoreline access. A few RV sites with hookups are available for rental.
